Başar Demircan, General Manager of Reis Makina, shared his insights on the company’s production-focused transformation and current industry dynamics during the “Yönetim Katı” program broadcast on Ekotürk TV.

Demircan stated that the company, with a history of over 100 years, has evolved from trading to manufacturing and has achieved a strong position, particularly in the generator segment. He noted that global developments, energy crises, and geopolitical risks have significantly increased the demand for generators, with demand multiplying especially following the Russia–Ukraine war.

Emphasizing that they have gradually increased their production capacity in response to rising demand, Demircan highlighted that the company has achieved strong export growth, particularly in Eastern Europe, Africa, and neighboring markets. He also stated that they develop customer-oriented, tailor-made solutions in production, and that quality, engineering, and effective planning are key factors in global competition.

Additionally, Demircan drew attention to the need for qualified workforce and noted that they are implementing training initiatives to contribute to the development of skilled human resources in the sector.
