Başar Demircan Evaluates the Hardware Industry on Bloomberg HT

Başar Demircan, General Manager of Reis Makina, shared his insights on the current state of the hardware industry, the company’s growth strategies, and sector developments during the “İş Dünyası” program broadcast on Bloomberg HT.

During the program, Demircan stated that the hardware industry has a broad product range that directly supports production and industrial activities. He emphasized that many product groups—from generators to hand tools, and from compressors to pneumatic equipment—play an essential role in manufacturing processes.

Demircan also made assessments regarding the generator industry, noting that the global generator market has reached approximately 15 billion dollars and that Türkiye has the potential to secure a larger share of this market. He added that Reis Makina has accelerated its production investments to seize this opportunity and aims to significantly increase its production capacity through the new investments planned in Yalova Avrasya Organized Industrial Zone.
